So the occurrence of the same reaction that is a side effect of IVIg expected in this treatmentfourth IVIg. In addition, insomnia and chronic eruption by scratching related to itching led to lowered the patient's quality of life. Previously the patient was treated with topical agent, but we thought that further treatment was needed. We considered that bilastine, an antihistamine, was suitable and started administration. as a result, the itching reduced and the amount of steroid used could be reduced by using moisturizer instead of steroid. in recent years, maintenance therapy with IVIg has been covered by insurance and the number of globulin preparations that are accepted to CIDP has increased. Hence, the number of side effect of eczematous reaction is expected to increase with the increase of IVIg treatment in the future. Therefore, as a reference for pharmacist s intervention for eczematous reaction, we repot the case that we could reduce the eczematous reaction caused by IVIg in CIDP patient.}, pages = {83--88}, title = {【症例報告】薬剤師の介入が経静脈的免疫グロブリン療法における汗疱様症状の軽減に有用であった慢性炎症性脱髄性多発神経炎の一例}, year = {2019}, yomi = {ヤギ, マリコ and ウノ, タカシ and ウスイ, ケンスケ and オカダ, コウジ and サトウ, カズヒコ and ナカシマ, イチロウ and フジムラ, シゲル and ワタナベ, ヨシテル} }
