Toward the total synthesis of 1, we have achieved the synthesis of the αβ, -unsaturated δ-lactone as a model compound bearing a bulky cyclopentanol substituent at α-position. The synthetic approach involves the following key steps: (i) Aldol coupling of cyclopentanone with α-p-methoxybenzyloxy ester, (ii) Swern oxidation of the α-hydroxy ester to afford the α-ketoester, (iii) Julia-Kocienski olefination of the α-ketoester followed by lactonization step.}, pages = {57--63}, title = {海洋由来ジテルペン系天然物cristaxenicin A の合成研究:α位に高立体障害の置換基を有するδ-不飽和ラクトン化合物の合成}, year = {2017}, yomi = {ナカイ, ケイヨウ and ヨシムラ, ユウイチ and ワタナベ, カズヒロ} }
